This is my second Tissot watch and I can't say enough about them. I own a Tag as well and I always find myself putting on this watch instead. As one other reviewer put it, it is a great elegant watch with a touch of boldness and not too pretentious. It's got a fairly "thick" profile so the watch face does come up off the wrist a bit more than my other watches, so I guess I'd call it a bit chunky, but it's not really noticeable after a couple days of wearing.
I disagree with the issues raised on the wristband. The first time I put the watch on, I was a bit apprehensive about the wristband. After a week of wearing it, I think it's great! It's easy to use, easy to adjust and easy to remove.
All in all, this is easily my new favorite watch!

Bought it as a gift for my husband. He loves it but the first few days he wore it, the metal clasp dug into his arm and left a painful mark. We considered replacing the leather band/metal clasp with a regular leather band but after a few days his wrist got used to it and it stopped hurting. It's a beautiful watch but they should have stuck with a regular leather band.

Purchased as a gift for myself, at wife's insistence. I took several weeks, certainly more than a month, to whittle my preferences down to this Tissot, along with 2 other Tissot's. It is cherished gift from wife.
What I love about this watch:
- The face, the case; the appeal was in the quality of cleanness of the face, numberings very crisp white on black
- The band, unusual bracelet, but very nice
- The way of setting time, etc.: the post is reverse spun to unlock the mechanism, then forward spun to set the time and/or date. very well done and notches are very clear to differentiate between time and date setting
Con (pro)
- Stopwatch function is very easy to use, but since the chrono is analog, can be somewhat hard to read if timing long periods.

I bought this watch sight unseen, and this was my mistake. It looks very good, and is well designed and well made, but it was far too big for my wrist. The photos don't indicate how deep this watch is. I was always aware of it on my wrist due to its weight, and it always seemed to be knocking against things due to its size. Also, the band is clumsy and uncomfortable- always seemed to be pinching my skin. I used it for a month and then put in on eBay!!

VERY NICE WATCH. VERY ROBUST (1.1cm HEIGHT AND ~4cm DIAMETER). ONLY CON:THIN WRISTBAND. VERY COOL BUT IT MIGHT NOT LOOK NICE IN THOSE WITH LARGE WRISTS.

I have been looking at this product for a while and wanted to point out three things:
1. The vendor delivered as promised and Kudos to them.
2. I read alot of negative comments on this watch about the time it takes to put the watch on. It takes me seconds and don't quit understand what other reviewers are saying about it.
3. Great watch quality for the price I would recomend this watch to anyone that wants a great stulish watch.

I'm usually apprehensive about buying something that I have never physically seen or touched before, but something about the Tissot PRC200 made me decide to go ahead and order one.
My Impression:
- The watch stands out, having worn it daily since I purchased it through Amazon I have received nothing but compliments. One of my friends having seen the watch has now ordered one for himself.
- Its everything a Swiss made watch should be, the movement is quartz and not mechanical but I find that I don't have to worry about winding it or wearing it all the time to keep it running.
- The strap is made out of leather and looks expensive,
- Most importantly the glass is not mineral or plastic found on most watches in this price range, its made out of sapphire crystal which is only reserved for higher end watches like IWC, Omega, Tag and Rolex to name a few. This means that it is very hard to scratch and will make for easy view-ability.
- The contrasting yellow markers look subtile but sporty.
- I like the polished steel on the watch, however some may not its really a matter of personal choice.
Some Potential Drawbacks:
- This watch has a Swiss Quartz movement, not a mechanical one. Now this may be a drawback for some watch enthusiasts but you wont have to have it serviced. Only a simple battery change would be necessary.
- Others may not like the leather strap.
- The watch is somewhat thick, not as thick as some other watches on the market.
Overall, I think for the price this watch its a steal. I also own a Rolex Submariner and I can tell you that these Swiss watches are very fine time pieces, if your a collector or just someone that wants a stylish watch to wear I highly recommend that you visit your Tissot dealer or watch retailer and have a look.

I came across this watch a few months ago and it was a nice surprise.
Right weight, size and design.
No problems with th wrist band.
It's an excellent swiss watch.

Bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it, it's a very nice everyday watch, not too fancy but not to pathetic for the watch enthusiast, which he is. It's really nice, looks like the picture, got it quickly. All around great buy!

The watch itself is great. However, this leather strap is a pain in the neck to wear, it is so tight to pass it that becomes nearly impossible to wear it alone. You can try, but I dare you wearing it within less then 10 minutes; it is a real physical exercise. But if you have someone to put it for you, it is much easier. My advice would be buying the same watch with a metal strap.
