Stührling Original?s newest offering from its? Lifestyle Collection boasts the name of the undeniably coolest TV character ever, spawned from the American TV Classic, Fonzee. Capturing the simplicity and the lighthearted charm of an American period, the Fonzee stars one of the latest and innovative Swiss Quartz movements featuring quick-set day and date indicators with the day-of-the-week being shown by a separate pointer hand! Housed in a large 44mm round step-design case (milled from solid 316L surgical grade stainless steel), the whimsical dial is playfully decorated with the days of the week that seemingly dance around the periphery in a wheel of color that reminds us to enjoy happy days! In the eye of the rainbow, the giddy face is beaming with it?s hydraulically guillochèd pinwheel design. Complementing the good cheer of the Fonzee is the glitz of the silver-toned skeletonized hour and minute hands to go along with the individually applied Arabic numerals and the radiance of the faceted baton markers. Surrounding the large Krysterna? crystal, the simplicity of the polished rounded bezel in concert with the onion-style crown gives the impression of a classic vintage timepiece from an era of simpler times. On the flipside, the pinwheel pattern of the face is mimicked and milled into the screwed-in stainless steel case-back for extra details and quality just like things used to be in the ?good old days.? As a final homage to the distinction and merit of days gone by, the Fonzee is water resistant to 50 meters and mounted on a 22-millimeter wide alligator embossed and padded genuine French leather strap. For good measure, the exceptional strap is dressed with a water-repellant lining and finished with a stainless steel tang buckle sporting the Stührling signature logo.
