The Vintage II is the largest timepiece in the series and features a day-of-the-week indication at the six oclock position and a quick-set date at the three oclock position. With its minimally elegant satin dial and classic Breguet style hands, the Vintage II provides an easy at a glance read . The well chosen Arabic numerals are nice fit for the era that the Vintage Series represents and they are all individually applied. Another nice touch to the Vintage II is its flawlessly crafted coin-edge bezel which not only adds so elegantly to the look of the watch, but also is repeated on the screwed-in exhibition case back. The strap has quick release pins for easy interchangeability and is also adorned with a stainless steel push button dual deployant clasp. Of course any timepiece which bears the name of vintage most certainly would have to be driven by a mechanical movement. And the Vintage II is indeed powered by mechanical automatic engine which contains 21 jewels and is fully decorated with Côtes de Genève and accented by blued steel screws and boasts a Damier finished rotor with an Engraved Stührling Logo. Ahhh?those were the days my friends. This watch comes packaged in a Stuhrling Original Gift box and a 2 year warranty.

This automatic watch has 21 jewels, which are ruby stones that the gears turn on to protect the metal parts from grinding together. An automatic watch needs no battery, but it will stop if not worn for over a day or if you have been physically inactive for an extended period of time. If this happens, wind the crown ten times clockwise to start the watch and give it some reserve power.
