This was a purchase for a friend. The online pictures do not do the watch justice. Amazon had the best price. I received the watch very quickly after purchase. The watch looks great. My friend absolutely loves the watch.

This is a very nice looking watch, but I find it quite difficult to see the gold hour and minute hands against the brown background. In fact, I have to move the watch around to catch the light so I can see the hands....they blend in with the backgroung that well which makes it frustrating since it is not a cheap watch.

Terrible!!! When there is light above the watch, it is virtually impossible to make out the minute or hour hands. The two tones on the face make it very difficult to scan the time. Setting the alarm is very cumberson. This is NOT a well designed item. I would have returned it had I not had links removed from the band to obtain an appropriate fit.
I am very frustrated with my gift of
this time piece and cannot recommend it to anyone.

I got this watch as a Christmas gift and was surprised by it's beauty and build. I've worn it almost every day for the past year and a half and it hasn't skipped a beat. Every so often I get a compliment on how nice of a watch it is and how great it looks. So if you're looking for a high quality, reliable, and beautiful watch then this is a great choice. You will not be disappointed.

I had put this on my wish list along with several others because I liked the way it looked but hadn't had a chance to go through and really look at any of them before my wife bought this watch for me. If I had, I probably would have removed this watch.
It is a very good looking watch but the contrast between the hands and the face is minimum at best which makes it almost impossible to read in any kind of low light situation. By low light I don't just mean dark, it can be difficult to read during twilight. This reason alone would cause me to consider this more of a fashion watch.
As another reviewer has noted, the alarm is somewhat cumbersome. I'm never sure whether the alarm is set or not and whether it is set for the correct time, AM or PM - there's no way to tell. The chronograph works great and is easy to set and reset.
The band is very solid yet comfortable and easy to clasp/unclasp. It has spring-loaded pins which you pinch on both sides of the band and it releases the clasp. This alone brought my rating of the watch up to 4 stars instead of 3.
Overall, great looking watch but not as functional as I would like. If I had known what I know now about the watch I wouldn't have placed it on my wish list. There are many other great looking watches out there that are a little more functional.

I have had this watch for 6 months now. I agree with the other reviewers, it looks so much better than in the pictures.
Sometimes at work, when the watch is hidden under my sleeve, and I let it show, the looks on the faces of the people around me is as if a girl just "flashed" her "boobs" in front of them, pardon my expression.

I bought a fine watch and didn't want to scratch or damage the brazalete. Also didn't wanted to take it to a jeweler for him to damage the band or return because it was not as comfortable as I thought when the work was done. So I did it for myself, twice since the first time it felt well but as I wore the watch it felt a little tight.
It's not that easy to keep the watch in place while removing the pins but beside this it works as intended and the sizing is easy enough to do it even more than once if you're not happy with the first fit.

I really liked the look of this watch the first time I saw it. I did read the reviews about how difficult it was to read the time, but I decided I wanted the watch anyway. While I do still like the way the watch looks on my wrist, I must agree that it is hard to read the time because the hands blend into the face. It is also quite heavy, like most stainless steel watches. For now I will wear it as a dress watch and stick with my old titanium watch for everyday use.
