  Why it comes without the operating instructions book? without the pictograms card?

    Today I got my omega women's watch 1277.15, but it comes without the operating instructions book, without the pictograms card(I bought 1262.30 before, it came with all the itmes!), and the watch also comes without a plastic covering! It's new, but all the things happend let me suspected if it is new?
